The Aspects at The National Memorial Arboretum is a venue that will always be in the forefront of our minds. This UK charity run venue situated on the edge of the National Forest in Staffordshire is home to almost 400 Royal British Legion memorials nestled amongst nearly 25,000 trees!
The Aspects venue is situated inside the beautiful grounds, with views overlooking the stunning architecture and memorial. On a Summer’s day you can stand out on your private terrace and soak up the love and positivity that oozes through the entire grounds.
The Aspects facilities can hold between 5 and 500 guests making it perfect for your small intimate meetings or maybe an awards evening, or perhaps a product launch?
The Aspects can allow cars to be parked along the front passage way in front of the building as you see in the image above there is plenty of space.
If you’re not showcasing cars, why not have your welcome reception outside, weather permitting of course. Another versatile option is the Aspects Lounge, a stylish space perfect for welcoming your guests.
On to
their amazing really exciting main event space! Two things that excites us aside from the fact they can host 500 people is that they have floor to ceiling windows with natural daylight flooding in, and the spectacular views. This room can be split into 3 rooms which a bonus should you need to host in all three and use for different things, maybe some team building or dinner in one half and the other for a meeting, there are endless possibilities available!
If you need the space for breakout rooms or smaller spaces they also have 4 stunning meeting rooms largest seating 100 theatre style.
One thing in particular our clients ask for is AV equipment, this is always vital to any event and knowing it’s all on hand to use is assuring news, The Aspects have inbuilt projection, screen, microphones and a PA system ready to use.
Furthermore something we feel is extremely important and something in which is adopted and passionately thought about here at the National Memorial Arboretum, is Sustainability.
They have solar panels in their remembrance centre, they use electric site touring buggies and land trains, they use PIR lighting to preserve electricity, create habitats for wildlife, they choose better materials including ethically sourced, Fair Trade or FSC marked products.
They have a huge plastic reduction in operation so therefore where possible they serve all drinks in glassware, 100% compostable takeaway cups and lids, paper straws are used only, onsite purification and carbonation of water, reducing plastic bottle usage and reducing distribution miles.
They really have thought of every little detail to make your visit one to remember.
This venue truly gets us excited and we know it will you also. Sheer Edge had such a magical time visiting this venue and its Arboretum, we met some very friendly and knowledgeable staff who gave us a real taste of what service and professionalism you would get should you choose this venue for your event.
