From the moment we stepped through the doors, we felt like a VIP, the atmosphere was electric and tranquil at the same time.
Park Regis Birmingham have gone above and beyond the call of duty making the very tough, but right decision to remain open during lockdown to support NHS, key and critical workers, they were fast to react to change, allowing the prompt creation of their COVID Secure standard operating procedure (SOP) including a 9 step PRB Clean document.
They were one of the first hotels in Birmingham to launch their enhanced cleanliness regime and were delighted to welcome the West Midlands Mayor, Andy Street for a full tour of the hotel to see all the Covid secure measures had been put in place.
During our visit to Park Regis, we had the honour of meeting with Ryan Doyle Group Sales Director, his welcome was warm and we knew that our clients would be safe in his hands.
He explained to us what had been happening during the last 18 months, how things have changed for them and how they have adapted to these changes, and how, as an agency we could fit in with these adaptations and just how safe our clients will be, not only safe but you will be welcomed in with open arms.
