We would like to reassure clients who are considering booking any live in-person events for the 2021/2022 calendar, that your safety and that of your colleagues, clients and attendees is of paramount importance to us.
That is why you can rest assured that every effort is made to ensure, that any booking that is processed will have assurances if the event should not go ahead due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, that you would either be able to move your booking to a rescheduled date or obtain a refund.
Not only that but all of the venues and events we work with, have covid-safe policies.
Your safety: The safety of our clients at all events is of paramount importance to us at Sheer Edge. All of the venues we work with follow government guidelines and we will happily share with you their Covid-19 policies. Whether that is for corporate hospitality or for meetings and events venues.
Payment: We all know that there is a large amount of uncertainty still and we are happy to confirm that should an event be cancelled, we will raise a credit for 100% of your order, to be kept on account and used in conjunction with any future orders that you wish to place with us.
For clarity, we can allocate funds towards the same event in 2021/22 even if we are not yet on sale.
Assurance: If an event is cancelled and you do not wish to transfer to a future event then our standard Terms & Conditions will apply – Sheer Edge commits to refunding all of the money it receives from the supplier/venue.
We have supported our clients throughout this pandemic, in moving or cancelling their bookings, transitioning to digital events and virtual entertainment.
We continue to offer virtual and hybrid support for those who are more comfortable with this style of event.
